Update! WGet works! To download a directory, just use wget -m -np and the address without ending slash (at least on Windows version).
Detailed information:
These are ROMs from industrial system made from Mera x00 (no idea exactly which one) computer. It was used to drive electroplating equipment in Aluminium foundry in Konin.
Not sure if they're complete nor working, as I have only ROM board, not a whole computer.
